Who we are
VideoReals runs videoreals.com. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean VideoReals. Questions about this policy go to privacy@videoreals.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site (the quote or call form, or the free VideoReal™ request), we collect what you enter: usually your name, company, email address, phone number, and message.
If you text or email us photos for a free VideoReal, we use them to make your video.
Information collected automatically
Our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
This site does not use analytics yet.
How we use it
- To answer your request, send a quote, or set up a call.
- To make the free VideoReal you asked for.
- To send the emails you signed up for.
- To run, secure, and improve the site.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who helps us run the site
These service providers handle information on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy:
- MailerLite runs our forms, counts how often a form is viewed, and sends our emails.
- Google Firebase Hosting hosts the site and keeps its server logs.
- Bunny.net plays our videos. The player loads only when you press play.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typeface.
Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies of its own. When you press play on a video, the Bunny.net player loads and may use cookies or similar storage for playback.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Use it at any time, or write to us and we'll take you off the list.
Our other sites
The Mini Studio Guide (ministudio.videoreals.com), the VideoReals Backlot, and The Director's Guide (guide.videoreals.com) are separate apps. The Mini Studio Guide asks for your email before it opens.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to privacy@videoreals.com.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
